At Grounded Counseling & Wellness PLLC, I offer individual therapy tailored to your unique needs.
My specialties include:
Trauma can come in various forms and experiences, leaving unique scars and survival mechanisms. I want to explore these impacts with empathy and curiosity, while we work together to help you learn not just how to cope, but how to thrive.
I believe that you know you best and I’d love to help you explore what it means to be you. I create a welcoming and affirming space so we can navigate challenges and cultivate self-acceptance, allowing you to thrive authentically.
I understand personally and professionally how challenging it can be to navigate a neurotypical world. I aim to support you by exploring your unique challenges and strengths so we can develop strategies to manage symptoms and improve daily functioning, fostering self-awareness and empowerment.
Together we’ll explore and understand your relationship dynamics, helping you to build healthier connections with others and address unresolved issues with family of origin. Through guided reflection and
communication skills, we work to create healthier dynamics that promote connection and support.
Loss comes in many forms and can bring a profound sense of overwhelm, touching
every aspect of our lives. I’ll support you through processing emotions and reflecting on the memories that are important to you, while navigating the complexities of grief and working towards a path of hope and healing for the future.
Big life changes and other life transitions can lead to anxiety and depression. Together we’ll work to understand where your emotions are coming from so we know how to best navigate them. We’ll explore personalized techniques to help develop coping strategies that work for you and foster overall well-being.

I offer a reduced rate for a limited number of spots, so please reach out to discuss availability if this could be an option that works for you. If you have insurance but I’m out of network, I can provide you with a “super bill”, or a receipt of services that you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement. I encourage you to discuss your out of network benefits with your insurance provider to ensure that you would be reimbursed.
I offer a 15-minute consultation to discuss what’s bringing you in and how I can be a support for you. My first step is building a strong therapeutic relationship with you so that when we get down to the nitty gritty, there’s an established sense of security and safety. I also know personally that growth isn’t linear and can be messy, so I strive to meet you where you’re at and honor your pace, with a healthy balance of encouragement toward change. I’m always open to feedback about what is and isn’t working for you to ensure that you get what you need. If at any time we decide that I’m not the best fit for you, I will help you in your search to find your therapeutic person for this journey.
Our first session is considered an intake session, where we'll focus on getting to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. In this session I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve, so we can start building a tailored plan to support your needs. This session may look a little different from future sessions since I’m gathering more information to understand how I can best support you.
The length of therapy varies depending on each client’s unique needs, goals, and progress. Some may find relief within a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support to address deeper issues or ongoing life stressors. We’ll regularly review your progress and adapt our approach to ensure therapy aligns with your goals.
You may use the portal or send me an email to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session. Missed appointments within 24 hours will be charged $100. Your hour is specifically reserved for you and I’m unable to bill your insurance for missed appointments. I also understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
